Inquiry
Submit a patient referral via the Gaia portal. Patients can also fill out the form directly on our website.

Consultation
Gaia connects with your patient by phone and email to walk them through their personalized pricing and plan options.

Authorization
Patient signs agreement with Gaia.
Once they become a member, they are automatically authorized for treatment.

Claim
Patient starts treatment.
You submit a claim once their treatment is complete, and Gaia pays the clinic within the agreed upon payments terms.
