Head of Employer Sales

Gaia is hiring an experienced sales Leader to expand our employer GTM. Our promise to employers is simple: We’ll give your employees access to inclusive, top-quality family building care. You only pay for successful outcomes. This is a remote role in the US.
Product Engineer (London)

If you've got 3-6 years experience, we are looking for someone to collaborate with our ops, product, finance and other teams to build the financial backbone for our insurance and lending products. You will work on features and services that reduce the financial stress and burden of fertility treatments and increase operational efficiency.
Patient Advocate

Joining our fantastic team based in the US, you will become the face of Gaia for our prospective members in order to support and drive growth. This is a sales role at it's core, sitting within the wider marketing team. Ideally based in the ET timezone.
Analytics Engineer (London)

As our dedicated analytics engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery and usage of the data pipeline. You will have ownership around how the data is modeled and how much value it delivers in the company will ultimately depend on you.
Brand Designer - FTC 12 months (Parental leave cover)

As our brand designer, you will be core to delivering the Gaia brand and communicating a proposition that gives anyone who wants to have a family the best chance at parenthood, with the agency and support they deserve.

How we got here

2020

Gaia is backed by one of the best European seed stage investors, Kindred Capital.

2021

We signed our first contract with our first insurer, and our team grew to 8.

2022

We raised a $20 million Series A round led by Atomico, sold our first plan, and our first baby was born! Our team grew from 10 to 30, so we needed more office space.

2023

We’ve had more babies born and got FCA regulated! We launched a new and improved Gaia Plan that makes IVF accessible to 20% more people.

2024

Our US expansion is in motion, and we have more incredible talent to hire. Could you be a fit for the team?

Our vision is to ensure that everyone who wants a family, has the chance to try.

While infertility affects 1 in 6 people,  only 2% of babies are born via IVF. We’re working to move that number to 10%. Our longer term vision involves fully integrating the provision, financing, and insurance of IVF to revolutionise its access.

We have a unique financial product built on data. Not only is it beneficial to our members, who crave more certainty in the process, but it’s essential to managing financial risk closely. Our proprietary technology allows us to offer access to IVF to a larger group of people.

Personal development budget

Everyone in the team is offered £1k per year to spend on building skills and deepening knowledge to take them to the next level of their career.

25 days holiday

We know how important it is to take time to relax and recharge. Everyone gets 25 days (+ UK bank holidays) of leave to take each year and has the opportunity to ‘work from anywhere’ throughout the month of August.

Pension

We’re invested in our team for the long term, including a pension scheme with SMART. We currently contribute 3% as the employer, with an opt-in 5% employee contribution.

Parental support

We offer parent leave and childcare support through our Workplace Nursery benefit.

Stock options

New starters are offered the opportunity to own a bit of Gaia. Everyone gets the same terms of a 1 year cliff and 4 year vesting period.

Fertility support

As a family-building company, we offer support if and when our team members need it. We offer a fertility testing budget alongside side a fixed amount to spend on treatment.
