Dr. Thomas Kim is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist, high-complexity clinical laboratory director in embryology, and certified medical technologist. Dr. Kim initially set out to become an internist until his own infertility issue shifted his professional path. After two years of treatment, Dr. Kim and his wife fulfilled their dream of becoming parents. His research efforts in innovative vitrification of human eggs has sparked national interest and coverage by leading media outlets.

Dr. Ndeye-Aicha Gueye is a board-certified OB/GYN, reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist, and lead physician. Pavan Gill, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN and fertility specialist. A native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Dr. Gill earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from the prestigious University of Toronto, where she also completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her focus areas included improving access to fertility care and evaluating factors contributing to assisted reproductive technology (ART) success.

Dr. Malgorzata Skaznik-Wikiel grew up in Poland and was first inspired to pursue medicine by her grandmother, who was a nurse. She joined the Conceptions team in June of 2023 to continue her commitment to improving women’s healthcare, especially in areas like infertility and fertility preservation. She joined Conceptions because their commitment to scientific advancements to drive success.

Jillian Kurtz, DO, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist at ORM Fertility’s Portland location. As a Portland native, she's very excited to return to the Pacific Northwest to serve patients after training in Colorado, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Kurtz’s passion for women’s health and overall reproductive health was sparked well before medical school when she worked at Planned Parenthood during college as a patient advocate.

Who can get a Gaia Plan?
We can offer you a plan in every state but Alaska and Hawaii. You can request pricing regardless of whether you have a child, have been through fertility treatment before, have frozen embryos stored already, or are partially covered by insurance. We can't currently offer you a plan if you're in need a surrogate.
How do I sign up?
Each Gaia Plan is personalized, so we need some information in order to provide you with your pricing. We take great care in securing your data and only ask what we need to know to give you the best plans possible. You'll get speak with your Gaia Advocate to go through your plan options and choose the best plan for you.
What treatments do you cover?
We can insure you for IVF, ICSI, reciprocal IVF, and treatment using donor eggs or sperm. We do not currently cover surrogacy or ovulation induction.
