Offer Description
If you become a Gaia Member between November 21st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025 (the "Offer Period") you will receive $500 off your Gaia IVF Plan.
if you become a Gala Member during the Offer Period and you choose to undergo treatment at one of the Participating Clinics listed below, you'll receive an additional $500 discount (contributed directly by the clinic), for a total discount of $1,000 on your Gaia IVF Plan.
Eligibility Criteria
To benefit from the discount you must sign your Gaia membership agreement and pay your Gaia membership fee (or sign your Gaia loan agreement) during the Offer Period. This discount is not available if you have already entered into an agreement for IVF with Gaia.This discount only applies to Gaia’s plans for IVF. For the avoidance of doubt, it does not apply to egg freezing, embryo freezing, or frozen embryo transfer plans.Eligibility is determined by Gaia in its sole discretion.

Gaia may update this list at any time. Any changes will not affect discounts already granted during the Offer Period.
Additional terms and conditions
The additional terms and conditions apply to this offer:
- Application of Discount. The discount(s) will be applied to the total cost of your Gaia IVF Plan at the time the plan is purchased.
- Non-Transferability. The discount is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash or any other benefit. You will forfeit the discount if you change your treatment plan or clinic location after signing your Gaia membership agreement or loan agreement.
- Failure to Complete Plan Purchase. If you do not (i) pay all fees associated with the Gaia IVF Plan, or (ii) enter into a Gaia loan agreement financing the plan, on or before December 31, 2025, the discount will be automatically removed from your Gaia Plan.
- No Combination With Other Offers. Unless expressly permitted by Gaia in writing, this offer may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives.
- Modification or Withdrawal. Gaia may modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time, except that any discount already properly earned and applied during the Offer Period will not be revoked.
- Interpretation. Gaia’s determination regarding offer eligibility and interpretation of these terms will be final.
