Start IVF with a protection fee and we’ll pay all your treatment costs. You’ll never pay back the full cost unless you have a child.
How it works
Gaia covers you across 3 cycles of IVF, with discounts if you stop without having a child.
Pay a protection fee to start
Pay your protection fee to Gaia to start a cycle of IVF.
Gaia covers you for up to 3 cycles of IVF, each including one egg retrieval and all subsequent transfers, with all essential procedures, monitoring scans and medication. Just pay a protection fee every time you want to start a new cycle.
Focus on your treatment worry-free
We’ll handle paying your clinic so you’ll never have to see a single bill. Plus, we fix your costs up front, so you’ll always know exactly how much to repay Gaia when you have a child or decide to stop treatment.
Our Member support team is here to help you every step of the way through texts, phone calls, or email. You’ll also get access to a community of experts and fellow members, including 6 sessions of counseling, nutritional support, in person and online events and peer support groups.
When you have a child, repay for the cycles you’ve had
Once you have a child, you’ll repay the fixed costs of the cycles you’ve had. If you have a child after 1 cycle, you’ll only repay for 1 cycle. If you have a child after 2 cycles, you’ll repay for 2. Same goes for 3 cycles.
You can choose to repay as one lump sum or in monthly installments over a maximum of 8 years. If you take advantage of our monthly payment plan, interest will apply.
Get protection if you don’t have a child
If you don’t have a child at the end of any cycle, get up to a 100% discount on your treatment costs. The exact discounts available to you will be outlined in your personalized Gaia Plan.

Your fixed cycle cost is the cost of a cycle at your chosen clinic which is fixed upfront to include your retrieval, all medications and embryo transfers. Your fixed cycle cost is based on your clinic and the treatment that you plan to have.
Your fixed cycle costs include your retrieval, unlimited embryo transfers and all medication. Specifically, we pay for your nurse consultations, donor eggs or sperm (when applicable), treatment monitoring scans, treatment monitoring blood tests, egg collection, sedation, fertilization, ICSI (when applicable), blastocyst culture, PGT testing (if applicable), fresh and frozen transfers, embryo freezing, 1 year of storage, and medication up until 12 weeks of pregnancy. Full details about what is and isn’t included in your Gaia Plan will be listed in your Membership Agreement. Speak with us if you have any questions.
To be able to access the discount you must complete your cycle and have used all viable embryos without having a live birth. If you decide to stop your IVF before completing the cycle that you currently started, you will not be eligible for a refund.
At the moment, we only currently support Virginia, Oregon, Maryland, Arizona, Georgia, and New York residents having IVF treatment at our partner clinics. You can request a quote regardless of whether you have a child, have been through IVF before, have frozen embryos stored already, or are partially covered by insurance. We can't currently offer you a plan if you're in need a surrogate.
Each Gaia Plan is personalized, so we need some information in order to provide you with a quote. We take great care in securing your data and only ask what we need to know to give you the best plan possible.
If you are in Virginia, Oregon, Arizona, Maryland, Georgia or New York, you can request a quote. If you're not in Virginia, join our waitlist to be the first to know we launch in your state.
