That goes for each other, as well as for our Members. Speak up. Admit mistakes. Share your knowledge. We know that the kindest thing to do is not always the nicest. And that a problem shared is a problem halved.

Check your mirrors

We work in fertility and finance – the stakes are high. Practise second-order thinking. Ask why. Check your work. Challenge assumptions. By thinking through what could go wrong, you prepare to win.

Be dynamos

We want momentum. So we turn up with positive energy and share it with others. Act like an owner. Take tough decisions, without agonising or delay. Routinely ask, can we get there faster? We don’t want the wheels to come off, but we do want the wind in our faces.

Disregard the status quo

We prioritise big ideas. We proactively look for ways to make things better. We aren’t afraid of complexity, solving problems that others give up on. Don’t do marginal improvements – do new, big, bold.
