"I was bracing myself for a tough couple of weeks when I started my egg retrieval process but the Lister made me feel at ease from day 1. From my first scan with a very friendly sonographer (Liz) who took the time to explain every detail, to the anaesthesiologist on the day of the retrieval, everyone was equally friendly and informative throughout. You do need to be patient with the process and manual nature of the communication but I was never left in the dark, even when I had an urgent medication question at 11.30pm one evening. I'm glad I ended up choosing the Lister! "
