Making a claim

Our goal is for you to have your child with your Gaia Plan, however if you don’t have child after you’ve completed your covered rounds, or you’ve been told by your doctor to stop treatment, your insurance will cover the fixed cost of your treatment as stated in your Plan.

How do I make a claim?

To make a claim, email our Member Support with your end of IVF treatment report or written confirmation from a doctor, and we will take care of everything for you.

If you wish to send us your documents in the post, you can address the letter to Gaia Fertility Ltd, 65 Alfred Road, London W2 5EU.
