Making a claim

Our goal is for you to have a child with your Gaia Plan. However, if you don’t have a child and choose to stop trying, or you’ve been told by your doctor to stop treatment, you are protected against paying the full cost of your treatment cycles. Details of your protection, including the amount and circumstances in which it applies, are set out in your Gaia Plan documents.

How do I make a claim?

To make a claim, email our Member Support with your end of IVF treatment report or written confirmation from a doctor, and we will take care of everything for you.

If you wish to send us your documents in the post, you can address the letter to Gaia Fertility Ltd, 65 Alfred Road, London W2 5EU.
