As Gaia’s Head of Experience, Lucy works directly with and supports all Gaia Members on their individual IVF journeys. From speaking to those who are only just considering IVF, or building connections between those on later rounds of treatment or newly pregnant, Lucy has a deep understanding of the frustrations, concerns and considerations for many when building a family – financially as well as emotionally.
